ABOUT KEVIN

All of my life I have been playing guitar, writing songs, singing, recording, playing in countless bands, doing sessions, etc. etc. I spent many years chasing my perception of success which was basically fame and fortune. It was all completely self serving, and ego driven, but that's how it was up until the last few years. I was raised in the Southern Baptist Church by the most wonderful, loving parents a child could possibly have. But I never made the connection of serving our Father with the very gift He gave me until I was invited to fill in at a Sunday service by my dear brother Scott Nestel. I am so grateful to him for that invitation because it was the beginning of my life of service. Truly the most fulfilling, joyous experience ever! Serving Jesus is everything to me! And all of these years later, I realize that the Lord spared me from the trappings of "Stardom", and he helped me achieve what is in fact, actual, true success! I may not have millions in the bank, but I am wealthy beyond my wildest dreams! Serving our Lord is an indescribable privilege, and I am so very thankful for it all!
